Margaret Kilgallen

I found the work of this american grafitti artist out by reading a sunday supplement. Sadly she is no longer with us but left the world with a great body of work. There is a great simplicity to her line-work and hand-drawn lettering. Sorry but there doesn't seem to be a website at the moment, but her work has been subject to various retrospectives in a number of galleries so keep your eyes peeled. Her husband is another influencial grafitti artist by the name of Barry McGee.
