This summer saw the opening of a wonderful Jamie Oliver restaurant in Leeds, and now if you fancied having a go yourself, there's Leeds very own Ministry of Food centre right in the heart of the Kirkgate indoor market. This is the 3rd centre to open in the country teaching Jamie’s specially developed cookery course and classes and are led by local staff who have been especially trained by Jamie's fabulous Food Team. The classes aim to use locally sourced ingredients, including those from the Kirkgate Market itself, which ensures people on the courses to easily find everything they need to replicate what they’ve learned at home with their friends, neighbours or families.
