A fantastic piece of product design I though when I dined at Wagamama's this weekend in London. For those of you who know, we normally get a number scribbled down on our paper place setting after ordering some delightful food. At this particular chain they had scrapped the place settings using a piece of metal that ran through every table to chalk all the numbers down. The only thing was remembering not to put my drink on it and wet the number away!
